Pet Peeve

It really urks me, especially currently since I don’t have a vehicle & need a ride 24/7, when someone tells me to be ready by suchandsuch time or that they will be at my house at suchandsuch time & they are really just leaving @ that time OR are just running late cause they’re dilly dallying. /end rant
